Insight
RTK had evolved into a global IT lifecycle partner, but its brand no longer reflected the scale and maturity of the business. While the company delivered enterprise infrastructure, cloud and sustainability solutions, its communication lacked the clarity and confidence needed to support its next stage of growth.
Challenge
Create a scalable brand and digital system capable of simplifying a complex ecosystem of services without losing continuity with the previous identity. The new experience needed to feel more structured, global and enterprise-ready while helping RTK communicate a growing portfolio of solutions across multiple markets and audiences.
Context
RTK Group provides enterprise IT lifecycle services across infrastructure, cloud migration, sustainability and end-user computing. Their ecosystem spans consulting, enterprise hardware, cybersecurity, procurement, logistics and IT optimisation services delivered across Europe, North America and APAC.
Solution
We designed a complete brand and digital ecosystem focused on clarity, scalability and enterprise perception. The new identity evolved selected elements from the previous branding into a modular arrow-based symbol representing movement, transformation and progress. What started as the concept of “rethink” expanded into a broader visual language reflected across branding, motion and digital experiences.

“We needed to build an enterprise-grade website that matched our growing aspirations as an organization. We wanted our brand to retain some continuity while starting fresh”

Structure before aesthetics
Before exploring visuals, we focused on communication clarity, positioning and how RTK’s growing ecosystem of services should be experienced across digital touchpoints. The goal wasn’t only to modernize the brand, but to create a more structured and scalable system.
Enterprise communication
The new system helped RTK communicate more confidently with large international organisations and enterprise-level buyers. By simplifying the structure of the offer and introducing a clearer visual hierarchy, the brand became easier to navigate, understand and present across multiple service categories.
Continuity through evolution
Rather than replacing the previous identity entirely, we transformed recognizable visual references into a more scalable and modern system. This approach allowed RTK to retain familiarity while building a stronger and more future-oriented enterprise presence.
Motion as part of the brand
Animations and motion systems extended the identity into digital experiences, helping the brand feel more dynamic and technological across the website and brand communication. Motion became a natural continuation of the visual language — reinforcing transformation, movement and progress throughout the experience.

“The challenge wasn’t creating another technology brand. It was building a system capable of simplifying complexity and communicating enterprise expertise with greater clarity and confidence. Our role was to translate RTK’s technical capabilities into a brand and digital experience that could support future growth.”

Transformation
RTK’s transformation wasn’t about making the company look more modern. It was about helping a growing infrastructure business communicate with the clarity, confidence and structure expected from an enterprise technology partner. By combining branding, UX, motion and digital design, we transformed RTK from a fragmented infrastructure provider into a more unified, scalable and enterprise-ready brand.
