Axendi is a leader in the Customer Experience market that has entered a new stage of development. The company no longer positions itself as a traditional CX provider but as a strategic partner delivering comprehensive projects.

As part of this transformation, the company — formerly known as OEX VCC and a member of the OEX Group — introduced a new brand name and visual identity.
Our role was to develop the UX strategy, design the user interface (UI), and implement the website. We began with a series of discovery workshops to better understand the users, their needs, and expectations towards the brand. Together with the client, we defined user journeys, created a detailed sitemap, and developed low-fidelity wireframes for the entire website.


Based on these foundations, we built a comprehensive design system, designed a modern UI, and implemented the site, including all necessary external integrations. From the very beginning, we knew that motion and interactivity would play a key role in the experience. Animated 3D models engage users and highlight the brand’s technological and forward-thinking character.
