Context
Axendi is a tech-driven CX and BPO provider working  with 1,700 agents, 15 languages and 12 million customers served annually.
Challenge
At this scale, clarity becomes critical. The existing website didn’t fully reflect the complexity of the offer or the level at which the company operates.

 

Approach
We focused on structure first — helping users understand Axendi as a broader CX partner combining Advisory, Technology and Delivery.
Outcome
The result is a clearer and more credible digital presence, making the offer easier to understand and supporting stronger positioning in enterprise-level conversations.
